• 8+ premium performance fabric options

• Global shipping and delivery services

• Design consultation and customer support

• Orders are placed via WhatsApp or phone call only

• We do not accept orders directly through our website

• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

• Pricing varies depending on quantity and type of fabric selected

• Prices may vary between different orders, even for the same customer, due to market scenarios, raw material costs, and other economic factors

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) at the time of order confirmation

• 50% advance payment required after design confirmation and before manufacturing begins

• 50% balance payment required when the order is ready for dispatch

• Accepted Payment Methods: UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and other approved payment gateways

• All transactions are processed securely

• Production will not commence without advance payment

• Customers must provide clear specifications for customization

• Design approval is required before production begins

• Changes after approval may incur additional charges

• Customers must own or have rights to use any logos, designs, or trademarks

• 8X Sports is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement

• We reserve the right to refuse designs that violate intellectual property rights

• Standard production time varies based on order quantity and complexity

• Rush orders may be accommodated for additional fees

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees

• We offer worldwide shipping through our logistics network

• Shipping charges are to be borne by the customer

• Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order value

• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses

• We are not liable for delays caused by customs or local authorities

• Custom jerseys are made to order and are non-returnable

• We do not offer returns or exchanges under normal circumstances

• Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects

• Manufacturing defect claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery

• If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will bear all associated costs

• Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement order at no additional cost

• Customers must contact us immediately upon receiving defective products

• Return authorization must be obtained before sending products back

• Orders can be cancelled before design confirmation with no charges

• Full refund will be processed if any payment has been made

• Orders can be cancelled after design confirmation but before production begins

• Design charges will be applied and deducted from any refund

• Remaining amount will be refunded after deducting applicable design charges

• Order cancellation is not available once production has commenced

• No refunds will be provided for orders that have entered the production phase

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

• Processing time for refunds is 7-14 business days

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order

• This limitation applies to all claims, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise

• All website content, designs, and trademarks belong to 8X Sports

• Customers may not reproduce or distribute our proprietary content

• Our design library remains our intellectual property

• Customers retain rights to their original designs and logos

• By submitting designs, customers grant us license to use them for order fulfillment

• We may showcase completed work for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested

• We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data

• We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
